Lori D. Roadhouse (Calgary)

Lori D. Roadhouse

Lori D. Roadhouse is a Calgary writer and performer. She writes poetry, fiction, erotica, travel, humour, lyrics and children’s fiction. Lori co-created the 2003 Writing Toward the Light Poetry Contest/Concert. She is a member of the RedMileRevenge Poets, Passion Pitch Poetry, Magpie Haiku Poets and The Single Onions, and founded the Hilltop Writers. Lori’s publications include: Calgary Stroll of Poets 2002-2006 Anthologies, Spiritual Directions website, Today's Parent and more. She has performed on VoicePrint and CJSW radio and most recently at the 1111 Art Event and the Taboo Naughty But Nice Show. Last summer, Lori was a featured poet at South Country Fair and will be featured again this year. Regular monthly readings include RMR, Passion Pitch, and Single Onion events. She is currently submitting her first two books of poetry for publication.
