She’s performed on various stages over the past four years, including the ’05 & ’07 Calgary Spoken Word Festival, and regularly at Thought Express events. At the 2007 “CBC Calgary Poetry Face Off”, Möe performed her piece “Intersecting Circles” and took home the winning prize. In the summer of ‘07 her award-winning poem was hand-picked by the artistic director for the Charlottetown Confederation Centre Young Company’s 2007 summer performance “Alberta Fusion”.

Engaging audience members through conversation and suggestion, Abet reflects on personal identity, experience, body image, activism and popular culture. Her performance credits include the Calgary International Spoken Word Festival, Canadian Festival of Spoken Word, Eve Ensler’s The Vagina Monologues, and One Yellow Rabbit’s High Performance Rodeo. She is honored to have shared the stage with such inspiring influences as Sheri-D Wilson , Ivan E. Coyote, and Kinnie Starr to name a few.
